The FCA warned clients of My Nest Egg to remain alert to the possibility of fraud
Pension and ISA platform My Nest Egg Limited (FRN: 1004744) has entered into creditors’ voluntary liquidation just a year after gaining FCA authorisation.
The Manchester-based platform was founded in January 2023 and has been authorised by the FCA since June 2024.
The firm remains authorised and is subject to FCAs rules and supervisory oversight.

The platform ceased to trade last week having considered the financial position of the firm and having received insolvency advice.
Simon Farr and Tom Bowes of FRP Advisory Trading Limited have been appointed as joint liquidators. The FCA said it is working closely with the liquidators.
Customers of the platform, which offered pensions and ISAs, should already have received communications advising them to withdraw or transfer their funds to a new provider.
Clients who did not transfer their accounts before 15 May 2025 will now be supported by platform Seccl which will provide product and custodian services. Seccl will communicate with these clients to support them in transferring their accounts to another platform provider, the FCA said.
