Finli makes 4 adviser firm acquisitions

National Financial Planning firm The Finli Group has acquired four more adviser firms as its expansion drive continues.

The Milton Keynes-based firm said the deals boost assets under advice to over £5bn and push the total number of acquisitions so far this year to 18.

The latest firms to be acquired are:

• Stirling-based Catterson Wealth Management

• Groundwell in Swindon

• Oaklands Wealth Management in Birmingham and

• Peter Guy Financial Planning in Chester

Finli says the deals will add about £259m worth of assets and support the firm’s expansion in its core regions.

Finli currently serves more than 20,000 clients nationally via a team of more than 100 Financial Planners.
